What is a ComeBack Tag™?
A ComeBack Tag™ is a QR-code sticker that stores your contact information. When someone finds your lost item, they can scan the tag with their phone camera to instantly access a page with your preferred contact method.
How do I scan ComeBack Tags™?
Simply open the camera app on your mobile phone and hold it over a ComeBack Tag™ for a few seconds until a notification pops up. Touch the notification — no app download required.
Are ComeBack Tag™ QR codes safe to scan?
A QR code is a direct link to a URL (webpage). Our QR code links directly to https://cbtag.co. Ensure your camera preview shows our official domain before opening. We will never ask for your password, a payment, or an app installation. If your camera preview shows a different domain, do not open it.
How do I know when someone scans my tag?
You'll receive an automatic notification with a Google Maps link showing either the precise or approximate location where your item was scanned. The finder will be taken to a personalized contact page where they can reach you.
Can anyone find my contact info on the Internet?
No. Your ComeBack Tag™ contact pages are only accessible to people who physically scan your QR code. Your information cannot be found through search engines or any other means.
How many tags come in a pack?
Each pack includes 12 tags in various sizes, perfect for all your belongings — from small items like earbuds and keys to larger items like backpacks and luggage.
Do I need to download an app?
No app is required! Everything works through your phone's built-in camera and web browser. Setup takes less than a minute.

The stickers are great. Each pack comes with a number of different sized QR codes. All the code to go to the same place, where you can add your preferred contact details. Then all you have to do is stick the tags to the items that you care about.They also say, scan is found, so people know why there’s a QR code on your item. Also, I haven’t used it yet, but there is a peel back, if found sticker that you can put on your item so the QR code is not visible. I guess that’s for people that prefer to hide the come back tag.I will definitely order a bunch of these for kids camp this coming summer.

These things work-ski helmet returned!
We put these tags on our ski helmets. First ski day of the year we somehow left my son's $230 POC ski helmet in the parking lot and drove home. 30 min later I got a text saying someone found the helmet--we met up with a nice guy who returned the helmet. Thank you Comeback Tag!!.

I put these on my sons baseball bat handle because he forgets it all the time or somebody else will pick it up in the dugout. First day it was on he left the bat and we were able to get it back. Same thing with my daughters ear buds. She lost them and Got those back a day after putting these tags on. I’m getting for everyone’s stocking!

This is an amazing product!
This is an amazing product! I hope I never lose it, but think it's a perfect thing for anyone with an ipad, laptop or anything else they are prone to use. Clearly things like Tile, find my phone, etc are helpful, but there are just some devices that you need this. Plus, I'm still a believer most people want to help return lost items when they can.
